2. 2. No Refund Policy

2.1. No Refunds: Once the payment is made, it will not be refunded under any circumstances. This is due to the festival’s immediate financial commitments upon confirming your registration. We recommend ensuring your participation before making the payment.

3. 3. Room Reservations

3.1. Deposit: To guarantee your reservation, a payment of at least 70% of the total package value is required. It is advised to make this payment as early as possible to secure your room.

4. 4. Partial Payments

4.1. Conditions: Partial payments (installments) are allowed. However, the first payment or deposit must be 30% of the total package selected to secure your registration and access to festival activities.

5. 5. Pre-Sale Price Guarantee

5.1. Price Maintenance: If you make payments during the pre-sale period, the initial price will be maintained until the total payment is completed, even if the package cost increases afterward.

6. 6. Payment Methods in Colombia

6.1. Payment Options: If you are in Colombia, you can make the payment through Nequi or deposit at authorized channels according to the values specified in the price table. Credit card payments can be made through our website, with conversion to Colombian pesos according to the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction.

7. 7. Payment Deadline

7.1. Deadline: The total payment for your package must be completed by February 22, 2025, at the latest. It is crucial to meet this date to avoid any issues.

8. 8. Registration Confirmation

8.1. Confirmation Email: Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your registration and reservation. Please verify that all information is correct and contact us if you have any questions.

9. 9. Package Changes

9.1. Change Policy: You can change your package up to 45 days before the festival. The change will be subject to availability and a price adjustment if applicable.

10. 10. Registration Transfer

10.1. Transfer to Another Person: If you cannot attend the festival, you can transfer your registration to another person up to 45 days before the event, with an additional administrative fee.

11.1. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will be effective immediately. We recommend reviewing this section periodically.
